How to install Particle Man Mod:
1. Download and install Minecraft Forge
2. Download mod
3. Open the file using the archiver.
3.1 For version 1.6:
Select the version of the mod and copy it
(without unpacking) to C:\Users\USER_NAME\
AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods
3.2 For version 1.7:
Unpacking in C:\Users\USER_NAME\
AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods
4. Done
