The zip file includes multiple v_models (+eotech, +silencer, +silencer and eotech, +clear). Also zip file includes 2 textures and two type of sounds (silenced and unsilenced). Just extract the zip file and copy v_famas.mdl to cstrike\models and copy sound folder to cstrike folder or copy files in silenced sound folder to sound\weapons.
