CSO MountGun for CS1.6

- Scans map for info_target entity name "MountGun" and spawns it in location if dectected
- Allows you to place the special MountGun entity in your map. Or add it with my info_target entity manager tool.
- Mount on the gun with your USE key and start unloading rounds.
Console Commands
- ent_menu ~ opens entity menu for spawning the mountgun entity.
