deathrun_neon

This map originally called deathrun_clarion_2013_hard. So since it was called hard and it was not even close to medium I asked the original mapper to remake it a little bit so it would actually be hard. BUT, I got a little carried away and the map now looks almost nothing like the original. The only things that are the same are 4,5 traps and the tt buildings.
